IE Layout issues - IE6 and IE7
Observed some layout/display issues with both Internet Explorer 6 and 7 (release version).

Might be related to some of the validation issues around the <ul>'s?

I found a IE6 desktop.
On trunk-596 I saw two errors:

On trunk-596 I saw two errors:
- menu bar was rendered incorrect. The feed icon does not have correctly rounded corners, probably because IE6 cannot handle transparent PNG. Perhaps convert to GIF?
- the right side of the new-action-form has some strange artifacts. Could this also be a problem with transparent png's?

The indenting error can be fixed by changing the CSS which is a file stored under */public/:
.item-container {
padding:2px;
}
becomes
.item-container { clear: left;
padding:2px;
}
This works for me.... I haven't seriously thought about the MSIE error whereby adding a new action puts the box below. I think this is an MSIE bug with float. One workaround might be to use absolute positioning to position those text boxes, and a z-index to put them on top - and adding a cancel to get rid of them if not needed.
I'd patch the above, but am unsure how (I edited my own install manually).

I'll need to try the hints in this thread http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3623673 in ie6 for the rounded corners error.
