Unable to edit/modify existing record
I have about 5 records currently showing up in my @inbox context that I am unable to edit/modify/delete. I searched the DB and they are no longer in my todos table.
Here is the output from the console:
Steps taken:
1. I was authenticated from 2 different locations.
2. Added tasks to my inbox.
3. Some time later I assigned a project and context.
4. At that time, I refreshed the screen and the items were doubled -- still in my inbox as well as the contexts.
5. Deleted the items in my inbox
6. Refreshed the screen and they showed up in the inbox but deleted in the proper contexts
7. Now I get errors when trying to modify the items still remaining in my inbox.
Here is the output from the console:
Started GET "/todos/1105/edit?_source_view=todo&_tag_name=&_=1363224487237" for 192.168.2.10 at 2013-03-13 21:41:48 -0400

I wasn't sure if it was a caching issue or not so I have restarted the browser multiple times as well as the tracks application.
The issue still remains through a server reboot.

I refreshed the screen several hours later and now the items are gone. Is there a system cache or was it browser cache that was retaining the items?
Seems ok now, but it was weird. Something to do with multiple sessions?

This is strange. I think the cache of the Inbox-context was not regenerated when you assigned project/context. We've setup the caching to refresh once every day, so I think that is why it disappeared by itself. The strange part is that although you have changed the todo, its id is not changed. So the not-found error is strange.

I am experiencing the error again. Logged in from multiple computers and locations (home and mobile). It also occurring on items that are not in the inbox.
For example, when I tick an item complete. It moves down to completed. When I manually refresh the page. Its back in the context.
When I moved an item from the inbox to a given context, its now duplicated in both places.

Yep, I log in with a local PC, a local MAC and an iphone (through openVPN to pfSense to home)
ETA: Logged in with all 3 devices simultaneously.
ETA: It's only happened since I upgraded to 2.2.1. I had to bump all my ruby stuff to 1.9x on my CentOS 6 system. Tracks 2.1.x worked beautifully.

I just had the issue crop up again. The todos were created in my inbox a couple days ago. I finally got around to assigning a context to them and they remain in my inbox.
I was logged in with my laptop and desktop when I was updating.
I typically refresh periodically on both machines to make sure I have a current view of the database.

No, I am still experiencing the issue....
Steps to recreate
0. Tracks open in a tab on my laptop
1. Added 2 items to my inbox on my iphone (standard view, not mobile)
2. On laptop, refresh the view. The 2 new items appear in my inbox
3. Assign a project and context to each of 2 items.
4. Refresh (or shift-ctrl-r for firefox) and the items reappear back in the inbox.
5. When attempting to edit them, the project and context are correct -- that is they have the updated values

Manually refreshing (pressing F5) a few hours later fixed the issue.
