Footer links are outdated
Several links in the Tracks footer are out of date:
- Forum probably shouldn't be there
- Email to bsag could either be removed, or changed to a "mailing list" link
- Contribute link is broken. It used to be a link to a page about donating money, which in turn linked through to http://getontracks.org/development/. Remove or point it to the development page.
