"Discover Paths" on F5 and/or in project preferences
I've got a lot of applications, making it impossible to create one project per application, so I created one project pointing to the base directory and use the "discover paths" in the project wizard to add the sources from applications in "lib" This works really well. After switching branches and thus adding/removing applications, I've got a problem though, because the paths are not updated automatically. I can update them manually, but this is tedious to say the least. I could ignore this, but then I can't jump to the sources of new applications and the search doesn't work if source paths are missing. So it would be great if discover paths would be triggered by an F5 on the project, or if I could trigger it in the project preferences. Ideally, it would be great to be able to configure ignore paths which will then not be included. This is for for submodules which are discovered as well, I don't care about though (tests with errors for example).

Add an option to properties, user can even choose to automaticcally re-discover.
Ignore filters would be very useful in such a case.
