search: references from macros are not found
given for example
when we search references to #rec, we don't report the places where ?R() is used.
I think that we should do that. The search view should probably show these results differently (as children of the macro reference?)
Technically, if the searched element is referred to from a macro, then we search recursively for references to that macro too.
-define(R(X), #rec{a=X}).
