main update site reorganisation
- every build that is published will have its own update site, in a separate directory.
- every published build will be available both from SourceforgeFRS and erlide.org (mirrored)
- main update site will be a composite repository, referring to the ones above
This way, we don't need to handle the aggregated repository and it's easy to add/remove releases.
- there should be some script to edit the composite repository
