dialyzer: remove warnings for project
We need to be able to remove warnings for a project. Right now they remain there even if the project is closed or deleted.
- Add context menu on project "Dialyzer -> remove warnings"
- automatically do this when projects are closed or removed from the workspace.

How do you delete them? It needs to be documented.
(Also, what if the project doesn't exist anymore? But this may be a different problem)

I want to be able to clean them up without removing the resource.
Example use case: I have the same workspace for several clearcase views, the project are the same, the warnings are correct only for one of the versions.

Most (all?) static analysis tools for Java (PMD, FindBugs, etc) have a command to clear the warnings they generate.
If a tool is run manually and the messages aren't cleared, it can easily happen that they become old and invalid = confusing. Re-running the analysis may not be an alternative (if it takes a long time or I'm not interested in the values right now).
