"Show only current element" in editor

Java tools have this functionality where only the current method is shown in the editor. It is useful to be able to do that with Erlang code too.
The comments associates to the current function should be shown too, as well as its type specification.

If possible, even related type definitions, if they are presentt in the file, but I don't think it's possible to show non-contiguous chunks from the file...
