import erlang project - doesn't descend in subdirectories
When importing an erlang project and the Copy-checkbox is unchecked, it only checks for source on the top level directories.
Example: megaco from the otp source

I think the best solution is to allow the user to specify the source directories in the import dialog.
Simply taking in all directories that contain erl files can be just as wrong as only taking the top dir.
