runtimes - add default runtime after installation of erlide
Feature suggested by OTP team.
To simplify installation of erlide, use path (or registry settings on Windows) to find an Erlang installation, so the system can be up and running quickly. This removes a step in the manual installation, and hopefully gets first-time users to test it a bit more.

This is already implemented in 0.6.0, it's not advertised partly because it's not tested enough and partly because I forgot about it :-)
It works for me, can install erlide in a fresh eclipse installation, not restart eclipse (just choose "apply changes") and open the erlang perspective.
