shade.bterl: bt.hrl is not found by navigation
The location of bterl code is hardcoded and outside the workspace, so navigation doesn't work to it.
We have to either:
- include bterl as external reference, so it's visible as a the other libraries
- open it as "open file" does, without a resource
I'd prefer the first solution.

This can be easily solved by adding bt_erl as external dependency using the existing infrastructure for external references
Add to project's preferences (if external_includes is empty)
external_includes=/path/to/bt.erlidex
In bt.erlidex add a line pointing to bt.hrl
And that's it!
