Cannot navigate to an inner class/module in a compiled scala file
For an example of this please see ScalaOccurrencesFinder:25 (new ScalaSelection thingy).
The problem as I see it after some time debugging is that
1) inner classes/modules are not allowed in ScalaSelectionEngine with Select alternative (ScalaSelectionEngine.scala:250)
2) an inner class has a parent of ScalaClassFile, which doesn't want to translate back to scala elements anything but his children, which only contain a toplevel class.

No reproducible test case is available.
In a simple test, I have no problem to navigate to inner classes.
