JsonResponse.apply(JValue, Int) will always result in a Response that has a 200 HTTP status code, regardless of the Int specified at call time.


e.g. JsonResponse(JNull, 404) will result in a HTTP response of: HTTP/1.1 200 OK

This is not consistent with other LiftResponse types.

For example, XmlResponse(Text("hello world"), 404) will result in: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found; the expected result.
