Allow for unowned field types in lift-record, to support squeryl integration

squeryl needs to handle typed fields without their owner type for the query DSL and so on. The test integration Maxime put together uses a DummyRecord as the owner of all fields, but that makes anything using the owner stop working, e.g. safe_?, apply, etc.

I am really, really uncomfortable with the concept of unowned fields. Fields should always be owned.

The fields are very rarely if ever actually unowned (the only case is when squeryl is making up fake ones for the DSL syntax). The point here is just to be able to refer to a field without referring to its owner's type -- the actual instances are still owned.
