RemoteRouterConfig and Resizer doesn't work together

I see two problems when trying to combine remote deployment of routees together with resizer.

  • To pick up a custom resizer one must use config router = "from-code", which discards the config of target.nodes
  • The child name counter used by RemoteRouteeProvider should be an instance variable since Resizer may call createRoutees several times, otherwise same name might get deployed to the same node
