Comet doesn't release during shutdown

When you shutdown a Lift app that's got comet connections, the Comet stuff doesn't release the long poll connection causing Jetty to hang

....and btw, ResourceServer caches lastModified timestamp in development mode :-)

(In revision:870d15dca14ef31437b6e629e773191eb8c80a6a) Closes #436. Restored the session shutdown as part of the servlet unload. Fixed lack of shutdown on Actor scheduler thread. No longer caches the last changed date for resources in dev mode. Comet thread does not consume a session (DB connection)
