Explain to people to upgrade their themes
Some changes have been made to the base theme library. These will not appear in an upgrade since the themes that were there from v1.0 will stop them being copied over.
If users want to have the new functionality of the 1.1 themes (notably search URLs fixed, and 2.8.1 widget UI support), they must delete their themes first.
Can anyone think of a good way to explain this or do it automatically without possibly removing something good they've updated themselves?

I have decided to simply give them a flash message when they upgrade and the actiation wasn't able to copy the files over because they already existed.
I am not quite brave enough to md5 the files to point out which they might have changed and doing the upgrade automatically - since we have a few subtle variations out in the wild (with different rev numbers in the comments at the top of the file)
