Cheats stop working after a short period.
another thing I noticed is when cheats are enabled, they only work for a few minutes and then they stop. teleport and see all parties comes in handy sometimes.

Are you sure the cheats themselves are disabled or that the message log window is getting disabled due to "debug spam" from having cheats enabled?

Very strange. I see what you mean, but so far I don't see any reason why it is happening. Nothing I've done puts a new purpose to those keys or blocks cheats in any way.

Good information. I have sent a message to the creator of WSE to ask if there is any interaction between the two that he is aware of.

Quoted from duplicate ticket:
When I'm (or have been) fighting, these options just become disabled (while I'm giving formation commands through my F-keys).
This also occurs after some conversations althought that happens randomly.
Then I need to configure and enable them again.
Never had that before with any mod.
Not that it is important, but while I'm testing I sometimes need cheats to rush some process so I can see the results (otherwise I wouldn't be report this).
This definitely seems to be related to PBOD and specifically within the pbod_mission_templates file. It seems PBOD intended to store the original cheat mode setting, enable cheats (required for real time deployment) and then restore your cheat mode setting to what the original value was after combat is over. What is actually happening is that the place this original setting is stored never gets initialized and thus defaults to 0 (disabled) and then at the beginning of combat the "restoration" part kicks in (out of place) pulling that 0 value and disabling cheats.

I'm still testing the fix, but this should be resolved with the next update.
Okay, this appears to be fixed now. I tested this several times with cheats enabled or disabled and it returned them to the proper settings after the deployment phase was complete. Hopefully that is the only thing causing this, but I believe that to be the case.
