Definition of terrain types
Exact terrain types should be campaign/ruleset specific, but each type will define basic properties:
- movement cost per mode of locomotion (1,n,blocked, separately for walk/fly/swim)
- hazard property (for lava etc, binary in most basic implementation)
- footstep sound selection
- optional special visual effect
- ? default transparency for vision layer ?
