Editing of vision layer
Big decision to be made - should vision layer be like movement layer (square/wall based) or random shapes (like maptool). This ticket just about editing layer, not actual field of view/fog of war implementation.
Default type blocks all vision, but maybe add some vision-specific flags if needed?
