Sound position fails

In editor the first playback of a note is correct and the second is shifted a few seconds forward.

Milestone changed from UltraStar Deluxe 1.1 Release to Ultrastar Deluxe 1.2

probably related to bass and variable bitrate. no fix in 1.1. deferred to 1.2
