Tracks 2.2.2 does not fully honor the subdir setting.
I am using tracks with passenger and apache2. After upgrading from 2.1.4 to 2.2.2, the "subdir" setting is not fully honored in the HTML generated by tracks.
Example where it is honored: <a href="/subdir/projects/3/edit" class="project_edit_settings icon" id="link_edit_project_3"><img alt="Blank" class="edit_item" src="/subdir/assets/blank-c321445ffe5946472b51dcc7fd7cdec5.png" title="Edit project" /></a>
Example where it is not honored: <a href="/todos/759/edit" class="icon edit_item" id="icon_edit_todo_759" title="Edit the action 'Laundry'"><img align="absmiddle" alt="Edit" class="edit_item" id="edit_icon_todo_759" src="/subdir/assets/blank-c321445ffe5946472b51dcc7fd7cdec5.png" /></a>
Looking at the source, it seems that the paths here come from edit_project_path and edit_todo_path (respectively), but I could not identify where those are defined. I did try clearing cookies without effect.
