Apparent Syntax Error with fresh 2.2 install.
I followed the instructions here:
https://github.com/TracksApp/tracks/blob/v2.2/doc/upgrading.textile
Just put a fresh install of 2.2 code in a brand new directory. The rake migrate went smoothly. Then when I restarted apache2 and navigated to the site Phusion provided me with a nice error page of why the site wouldn't load... seems to be something about a syntax error in the context controller file. I have attached a pdf printout of the Phusion error display.
I restored my old site directory and db successfully... please let me know if there is a resolution to this syntax issue and I will attempt the upgrade again. Thanks.

When reviewing the pdf of the Phusion error page closely I noticed something, not sure if it is the source of the problem, however, it looks as if the single quote before and after the items listed under Location under the Backtrace section of the pdf file are different types of single quotes. The first quote in the set seems to be a slanted quote the second quote seems to be a vertical quote. I will look at some of the indicated files to see if this is how they actually appear in a text editor such as vim.
If the mismatched quotes are the problem I am not sure how those would get modified by different character sets or something, because I didn't move the code across platforms. My work flow was as follows:
I ran a wget command from a linux server to pull down the v2.2 zip package that is linked to from the getontracks page:
https://github.com/TracksApp/tracks/zipball/v2.2
Then I used unzip on the zip package
I then used this code and followed the update instruction linked to in my original ticket post. I can't understand why anything I did would make the quotes mismatched if this is in fact the source of the syntax error.
