No way to fetch only active to-do's via REST API
I checked out the 2.2RC2 and hacked a bit on the Android app. While the app was only showing active to-do's with Tracks 2.1, it now shows all to-do's with 2.2RC2.
I tried to find a way to fetch only active to-do's over the REST API (XML), but this doesn't seem to be possible since the TodosController always renders @todos.to_xml (and there's no way to control the active status by params). I'm not 100% sure, but this might be a regression compared to 2.1.
