are we using memory efficiently?
Big deal for speed!
- C implementations of ops should minimize the number of memory allocations, as well as the total amount of memory used.
- We still need a standard (or at least convenient) way for C implementations to obtain workspace memory, and to create numpy ndarray objects that view that workspace memory.

I moved the lower the total amount of memory used to a ticket #798. I close this tickets, as the rest ask for a memory workspace that work between many different theano function. This is a memory manager. I don't think we should do that before the "Theano workspace" idea of James get started. So I close this.
