Add option to view music lyrics from internet

Add an option to search for and view music lyrics from internet. There are many sites on the internet that provide lyrics but none provide a free public access API. Winamp uses MetroLyrics so may be worth investigating.

(In revision:1624) Implemented classes to retrieve music lyrics from MetroLyrics and musiXmatch. Refs #270

The musiXmatch class uses the official API but unfortunately only returns 30% of lyrics when used without an expensive API key.

MetroLyrics uses an undocumented interface used by Winamp to return lyrics for specified artist/track.

(In revision:1641) Added option to view lyrics from the music selected page. Lyrics are retrieved from the MetroLyrics site and the option is only available if a single track is selected.
