Apple parser: Check trailer is 'Trailer', not 'Clip', 'Teaser', etc.
The Apple trailers found are sometimes not an actual trailer but a clip or teaser. The parser currently returns the first item listed.

- Simplified the matching of titles containing numbers.
IMDb parser improvements:
- Fixed entity decoding of IMDb pages.
- Improved year detection of non movie titles. ie. (1975) TV
- Fixed actors where page doesn't contain 'rest of cast ...'.
