Please help us diagnose problems with Assembla Trac and the SWGEMU project

This is Andy from Assembla. Our system operations guys have noticed that something in the SWGEMU project is crashing our svn+trac server. It seems to be a Trak process that causes the problem. We can't let this continue.
We have a couple of options:
Several years ago, we had problems with very big Trac diffs, which we fixed by just not running diffs over a certain size. Trac 11 brought some new issues, which we fixed with similar limits about a year ago. This appears to be a new Trac 11 issue that we haven't seen before.
Please post here or respond to andy@assembla.com with your suggestions.
We have a couple of options:
- Figure out specifically what is happening, and fix it.
- Move this repository to the new dedicated repository servers that we will be testing over the next week. They are faster and they have more memory
- Move to Assembla Tickets so we aren't dealing with Trac issues
