Error exporting report as a doc
When you export a report as a “doc” by right clicking on the report, you select where to save it and then the date range and click continue.
The report parameters window does not go away, which makes you think you have not exported it. Please see the first image, at the bottom left which indicates it is running the export, but the export report window is still there.
Once you get the “report export completed” window comes up, you click ok.
Then, you can’t get rid of the “report parameters screen” (see second image) except for changing to a different window eg selecting a different report.
It seems to only happen when you select “all dates” and /or when you change the file name of the report being exported by using the “Browse”.

I cannot reproduce this error. Can we get a copy of the error log?

Heres the log, though it's not an error message as such. The report was run twice, the first time with no problem and the second time it blocked.

It happens regularly and is repeatable.
I run a report - and can see it on the screen. And then export it - change the location of where to save it and the file name, then export the report for all dates. it happens each time.
I've just done it again and will upload the error report again.

Seems like you're right Alexa, it only happens when you change the file name and get that extra file selection dialog. I'm able to see that on my computer as well. The window closes, but the report/screen doesn't get re-rendered so the dialog is still there until another window covers it or the report is scrolled etc and that screen space get re-rendered again.

In 3.2.1:
The first screen, "export report" stays on the screen until you click anywhere, then it goes away. I can't reproduce the 2nd screen getting stuck on the screen anymore.
A little bit of odd behavior here still, but much better than before. Maybe we should have Ruth re-test if/when she upgrades to 3.2.1?
