Cannot rename private var starting with '_'

When trying to renaming _tryRenameMe in

object Bug {
  private var _tryRenameMe = 0
  _tryRenameMe = _tryRenameMe + 1
}

I get

org.eclipse.e4.core.di.InjectionException: org.eclipse.jface.text.BadLocationException: First position: '_tryRenameMe' at 66, this position: '' at 100
	at org.eclipse.e4.core.internal.di.MethodRequestor.execute(MethodRequestor.java:62)
	at org.eclipse.e4.core.internal.di.InjectorImpl.invokeUsingClass(InjectorImpl.java:247)

Interestingly enough, the rename works fine when when private var is replaced with var, so that a Global Rename is performed.

Note that with recent versions of the IDE, this bug also appears with global renames, like in
object Bug2 {
  var _tryRenameMe = 0
  _tryRenameMe = _tryRenameMe + 1
}

Treat '_' as uppercase character in Scala ids

The Scala specification (see Chapter 1 - Lexical Syntax) requires
'_' to be treated as uppercase letter.
