Hello Scala IDE,

I'm using Scala 4.2.0-rc3-20150911-1547-Typesafe.

I've specifically migrated to this since the 4.1 release became unusable with my (rather small) project - the workspace builds done for every save took more than 15 seconds of complete lack of responsiveness.

Now with 4.2 rc3, I notice that the outline view is never updated when editing and saving a file. The only way I could update the outline view:
- project-clean was performed
- scala ide was closed and re-opened

Maybe the improved save responsiveness is linked with this issue.
