Automatic import refactoring should sort imports

At the moment an automatic import is appended to the import list. It would be better if the import is placed at the right direction, i.e. all imports should be sorted.

I have fixed feelings on this one. It would work well if the imports are already organized, but it would create a lot of extra diffs if all imports are re-sorted.
I think I would use it anyway, but it might be an unwanted behavior for some users. So we likely need to be able to disable this feature.
