Find subtypes of a given type in workspace (sources)

Provide an API that takes a location and returns the location of all the
subtypes in the workspace. Just consider sources for now.

In scala-ide:a6902054a2b9937f8425f514ee56277abaad5326 Can now find sub-types of a given type

Extended the SearchPresentationCompiler, Finder, and SourceIndexer
so they're now able to find sub-types of a given type.

Also re-wrote some of the earlier test classes so they now reflect
the newer ways of writing tests; this is one of the reasons this
commit is so large. Sorry.
