Scala wizard should quote scala identifiers
Right now if you create a new class with a reserved word as the name (eg "val", "yield", "def") or in the package ("trafficsigns.yield", "abc.def"), it will create it and the class will not compile. This can be fixed by quoting the reserved word with back ticks. The new class/object/trait wizards should automatically do this.

Summary changed from New class should quote scala identifiers to Scala wizard should quote scala identifiers
This and #1001580 are related because the underneath cause of why this doesn't work is the same one, i.e., the Scala wizard re-uses the Java one, and that's one limitation of doing so.

Closing this ticket as fixed, because the wizard this ticket relies on has been removed from the codebase. There is a new wizard which is now used as the default one.
