Add import mangle with package declaration
When adding an import in a file with several package definition, the import is added after the first package declaration:

package foo
package bar
import AAA
class XXX { .... }
--------------------------------
"add missing import "baz.TheClass" =>
--------------------------------
package foo
import baz.TheClass
package bar
import AAA
class XXX { .... }
--------------------------------
That's not correct, the compiler report a syntax error after "package bar". It could be ok with a package declaration made with {}, but that's not what is done most of the time.

This has been fixed with the AST based approach to insert imports.
