Sorry newbie here, hope it's not a duplicate as i couldn't find a search function and the pagination on the ticket-list didn't work for me (latest firefox), so i could only search the first page.
Currently there is an 'Organize Import entry' in several context menus from which not all are working
1. Right-Click in editor window -> Source -> Organize Imports
doesn't has a hotkey annotation
2. Right-Click in editor window -> Refactor -> Organize Imports
has a hotkey annotation (cmd+shift+O)
3. Alt+Cmd+S -> Organize Imports:
also no hotkey annotation and clicking leads to an unexcpected error "AST must not be null", an error wich was already reported and fixed in #1002109
So I think 'organize imports' should work no matter from where you call it, it should only be present in one of the Source or Refactor submenus and it should always show the hotkey annotation.

The Source menu actually invokes Java refactoring, which can't obviously work. Don't use it. We somehow have to find a way to kill that menu for Scala editors.

Are you sure about that? I mean it works for me if I select it via my option 1.
only via Alt+Cmd+S - which should just be a shortcut to the source menu but offers a completely different menu by the way - it doesn't work.

Yeah, the right click menu is manually patched by us. The shortcut is an oversight on our side - I didn't even know that it exists.
Move ticket to next milestone.
