What does "scriptkit" do?

It seems to be the only thing which uses the miniature attribute "unique". Most of the code that uses "unique" doesn't do anything and I don't see anything calling or using the scriptkit which is the one thing that does use "unique". I guess the idea was to allow auto labeling of monsters that come in numbers. It seems it would be easier to judge uniqueness based on whether the minilib is asked to create on mini or more.
Also: about time we ripped out the "map" folder? (not "mapper")

The map folder can stay for now till Snowdog finishes working on the new map.
