components creation order?

The gametree uses the chatwnd and vice versa (not much but once each I think). They used to set a member variable in the init but now with the global open_rpg the timing seems off and the chat gets a None value initially. What is odd is that the tree gets a None for the chat initially too. Because each is only used once I just check for None at the time the tree is about to use chat or vice versa but if either start to use the other more it might be better to have a different solution.

self.chat = open_rpg.get_component('chat')
