Let's fork OpenLaszlo!

Based on everything I saw happening in the past year, and the past days - it's about time to fork the project. I'll start the process and ping everyone who has expressed interest in forking the project in the past.

I'm always a little worried that I will go to openlaszlo.org one day and get a 404 error.
I would like to contribute to more than just download count, but not sure where to begin. Perhaps Raju could compile a list of "jobs," with a roadmap and we could pencil our names in.

The project I'm working on uses the SWFx runtime, and there are many legacy applications running on Flash, as you can imagine. Nevertheless, I fully agree that an HTML5 only version of OpenLaszlo would be much more attractive to developer. Reducing the download size of the OpenLaszlo server by 70mb by removing the Flex SDK would be good as well. And all the old Flash 7/8 functionality should definitely be removed.
@Justin: That makes sense, but since we have a Wiki, I'll start by creating a Wiki page, and everyone could edit the page.

And untill a solid websocket standard is finalized, flash is still the preferred option.

When forking we should adopt Apache Software Foundation best practices, since they have a lot of successful community projects, and projects where developers are funded by companies. Looks like a very healthy approach to me.
