allow multiple css selectors for the same id
I should be able to apply multiple css selectors to the same element:
With 2.2-M1 this results in:
because the second selector is ignored as it has the same id - .link - as the first
It should result in:
i.e. both selectors should apply, even though they are based on the same css id with different subnodes.

val xhml = <a class="link" href="#">link text</a>
val func =
".link [href]" #> "http://example.org" &
".link *" #> "example"
println(func.apply(xhml))
