Show smartpartner blocks on top page (front page), blocks don't show up?

If you install smartpartner and activate some blocks.
(The partner block and the categories list block)

Then you put them on the right side (for example)
Keep them on the top page, so they will show up in the frontpage

Now go to the frontpage. Blocks don't show up?
