Minnesota Metadata Editor (MME) is an application to edit basic metadata for GDRS Data Resources
The DNR's implementation of MME can be found as an app resource at
MME requires .NET Framework 3.5. If you have ArcGIS installed, .NET 3.5 is installed on your PC

After installation, you need to point your current configuration to the MnDNR custom back-end database. This database is used to manage various pick-lists in the application.
You must edit this file:
Next create a shortcut to the stand-alone viewer on your desktop (if you haven’t already)
Then try running the stand-alone viewer using the shortcut.
