No GPU sensor temp & wrong Freq. (G80)
Hy,
I wanted to report FakeSMCnVidiaMonitor behavior on my configuration. GA-EP45-DS4 (ICH10) + 8800 GTS 640Mo (G80).
In previous release (r95 i guess) the "Centrale GPU" was reporting a temperature. This temperature seems to be stucked at 29°, which seems to be to low to be real. In r107, as you can see on the screen shot none of the two sensor reports temperature nor RPM.
I've attached an EVEREST report so that you can compare the result. You'll can find a VBIOS dump performed by EVEREST at the end of report.txt.
Other thing, it's seems PTKawainVi report wrong freq. for GPU and VRAM. One more time you can compare nvmon.txt (dmesg) against report.txt
Hope you'll find a way to fix this. BTW great initiative you all guy's are doing here, greatly appreciated.

Frequency isn't wrong - all NV40 and later cards start with low frequency, and then GRAPHIC DRIVER sets high frequency. BIOS and DOS don't need 700MHz GPU, and a gray apple logo also.
Why is it GPU, when I added only the key GPU Diode (TG0D)?
Is your fan on 8800GTS connected by at least 3 pins/wires? I think no, and it's the reason. There is no tachometer in your fan. I just haven't yet done a check if there is a fan tachometer on video card.
//not stucked, but stuck - it's already third form of verb 'to stick'

Oui je suis français. Merci pour la petite leçon de conjugaison...
My GPU fan is connected directly to the GFX, and it's have 4 wires (PWM). And as you can see inside Report.txt Everest is able to read the fan speed.

Don't know if it can help...
About frequencies: good to know, thx.
Don't know, didn't added any keys to fakesmc too...
Cheers.
