warn about macro usage that might not be well-formed
For example, having "?aaa() ?bbb()" might be an error if ?aaa's value doesn't end with a comma. We should assume macros are well-formed and then two consecutive macros should be flagged with a warning.
Note that the ?line macro has to be ignored here, because it is a known malformed macro from OTP...
