New tracks need name change
This is more of a behavior issue than a bug. DNR Garmin downloading an Active Track with multiple segments will make multiple records in the GPX export. DNRGPS downloading the same data from the GPSR creates a single record.
When recording a track a new record should be created when tracking is turned off. The bug is that DNRGPS doesn't create a new line record for tracks when a new track is encountered in the Active Track.
The enhancement part of this request would be to tag each of the TrackPoints with the name of the track segment (T1, T2, Tx........) that corresponds to the name of the track.
Thanks for your continued work to make Garmin devices useful for forestry organizations.

When saving to a line or polygon shapefile you have the option to save to regular or multi-part shapes. Saving to multi-part shapes will put all of your features from the active log into a single record. Saving to a regular shape will create a feature for each track segment. This is how it is meant to work.
