I am getting the following error message after I download a track from my 62s.
Connecting Garmin 62s
Launching DNR GPS
Track > Download
Select the Track
Click Ok
I then get the error message --- There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into \Device\Harddisk1\DR5.

I finally was able to work on this again..
I tried this on a 78s unit and I get the same error message.
This did not happen when I did the original testing.
It is not machine specific. I tried this on multiple machines and same thing happens.
If I use the following steps I don't get the message..
File > Load From > Select GPX file

Do waypoints download or do you get the error from all GPS data types?
In DNRGPS could you go to File-->Launch GPS Babel and try using that application to download your tracks?
Set the Input to Device and format to serial/USB protocol. Check the Tracks checkbox.
Set the Output to File and format to GPX XML and give it a file name. Click Apply.
Let me know what you find...
