Load from text file or ArcMap does allow specifying ident

When loading from a comma separated text file, it does not allow specifying a field to use for the ident field.
Also when loading from ArcMap it also does not allow specifying ident field.

Thanks for developing this application .. we have been using it for quite a while .. so these reports meant as improvements! Gary S
