Move embedded app server to akka-http
I've been wondering about the embedded app server, currently it lives in akka-kernel. But I think it's a bit lonely there because the rest of his http friends live in akka-http. The benefit of that is that it's easier to reuse the rest component even if you don't use jta, persistence etc. It also means a net win of 50 dependencies less when depending on akka-http instead of akka-kernel.

Downside is that someone wanting to use Akka in their own AS will have to physically remove jetty,
I propose to put it [EmbeddedAppServer] in a child-module to akka-http
