Occasionally "Tomoya" (or what your character's name is) is displayed for no apparent reason.

"Occasionally "Tomoya" (or what your character’s name is) is displayed for no apparent reason."
That's probably because Tomoya and someone else are speaking simultaneously. However, since simultaneous speech is untranslated (including character's names) everything except "Tomoya" is stripped out during compile, and only "Tomoya" is displayed.
