Going to a page that is not published yet results in error page

When you create a page in the content module, you will get a fatal PHP error if you try to see the page before its status is set to 'published'.
This is sloppy, and should be a return to the page of origin.

This is also the case when you go to a page that doesn't exist at all. This should be handled by a 404?

Where did you see this? I'll be redirected to content module home, if the page doesn't exist or it isn't public. As Admin I can view the article, as creator too. As a normal user and as a guest I'll be redirected to module home in each case.

This occurs in the last version compatible with the 1.2 branch. Version 1.1 is only compatible with ImpressCMS 1.3

If the error isn't present in current trunk, do we really need a ticket? As far as I know there's no module version for 1.2 under development..

Even though 1.2 is LTS, no one is supporting this version for the module anymore. Closing ticket.
